Payment Policy

At Unorthodox, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. Unothodox will not be responsible for any transaction fees, or bank fees. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.

Orders are shipped typically within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the checkout page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.

If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier fails to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly email us at Unthdox@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment, but you will have to cover the shipping cost.
